4　Mobilization of Equipments and Materials

4.1　General Provisions

4.1.1　The chapter is applicable to the site acceptance for metallurgical machinery and ironmaking equipments，process structural steelwork，raw materials and semi-products.

4.1.2　The hoisting point shall be arranged at the indicating position on the equipment or container during handling and hoisting，in addition，the protective measures shall be taken，the equipment shall not be damaged due to handling and hoisting.

4.1.3　The Open Package Inspection（OPI）shall be taken and the check records shall be taken before installation of equipments.The equipment shall be well-protected and installed as soon as possible after it is unpacked.

4.1.4　The raw material shall be piled in an order manner depending on specifications；in addition，measures against damage shall be taken.
