1　Scope

This Specification defines the requirements for classification，development，revision，review，approval，printing，archiving and implementation of the technical documentation in petrochemical construction projects.

This Specification is applicable to the management of construction technical documentation in grassroots，revamp，expansion，turnaround maintenance or modification project.
