What do they mean?
bore令人厭煩verb;令人厭煩的事/人noun
用作動詞時,bore指“因單調、囉嗦或乏味而令人厭煩”;用作名詞時,它指“做起來毫無樂趣的事”,也指“說掃興話的人”。
• Reading bores me-I prefer to watch TV.
