Automatically reject any modifications or updates to the domain. Again, it is prudent to have this flag set. Many registrars set this and clientTransferProhibited as the normal state for domains. When you need to make changes to your domains, the systems temporarily clear these locks, make the updates, and re-instate them, provided the request is coming from an authorized party.
