What to do if you lose a key domain
Sometimes it happens: that key domain or one belonging to your downstream customer or user slips through the cracks and before anybody notices it, it's in PendingDelete status, and you have no way to retrieve it.
You still have one avenue left to try to obtain it before it becomes reregistered to another party: you can utilize the services of a "drop-catcher." These are companies who have developed systems specifically optimized to grab expiring domain names within seconds of them being finally dropped at the registry.
