7.11　Commissioning of Blow-off Valve，Equalizing Valve

7.11.1　The commissioning of blow-off valve，equalizing valve shall meet the following requirements:

1　Gas blow-off valve，equalizing valve that are driven by windlass:

1）The position of travel limit switch shall be adjusted in accordance with the design documents.

2）The valve shall be opened/closed for at least 3 times.The opening/closing operation shall be flexible and stable.

3）The valve petal and valve seat shall be closely contacted and there is no vibration on the valve body and support when closing.

2　Gas blow-off valve，equalizing valve that are driven by cylinder piston:

1）The position and operating speed of travel limit switch shall be adjusted in accordance with the design documents，the travel deviation should be controlled within 0-20mm.

2）The valve shall be opened/closed for at least 3 times.The opening/closing operation shall be flexible and stable，the opening/closing speed and the stroke of cylinder piston shall meet the requirements in the design documents.

3）The valve petal and valve seat shall be closely contacted and there is no vibration on the valve body and support when closing.

Check method:observe，measure and check the commissioning records.
